WHERE SOUND BECOMES HAVEN
Explore the Sound
Welcome to Gemzong — a musical haven where I craft Activation Music.
At the core of my sound is its radiant hybrid nature — blending genres that shouldn’t really work together, yet somehow do: from classical elegance to contemporary edge, heartfelt ballads to soaring anthems, soulful R&B to rhythmic dance, and bluesy warmth to bold electro pop.
Each track is a story, often emerging from a moment, emotion, experience or musical idea in my life. Rather than simply capturing that starting point, I follow where it leads.
Through melody, uplifting ‘amp your energy’ lyrics, and rhythm, each song finds and follows its own designed direction — sometimes through reflection and tension, sometimes through declaration, release or celebration.
My musical vocabulary spans classical, gospel, folk, rock, pop, blues, R&B and electronic dance music. I don’t begin with a formula for combining them; I follow the sound as it unfolds, allowing unexpected textures, rhythms and musical ideas to find their place in the song.
Most of my songs are arranged, recorded, and mixed on my home digital workstation, pedals and all, with even more layers and textures still to come.
At its heart, GEMZONG is about discovering where creativity can lead through music. Each song carries its own story and trajectory, inviting you to feel, reflect, move and discover the gems within it and what it means to you.
So step in, enjoy the music, and journey with me through a world where story, sound and creativity converge.
Follow the trajectory. 🧭

ABOUT LISHAH
LISHAH is a budding artist and the creator of GEMZONG™, a music-led creative world where sound becomes HAVEN. Her music is deeply narrative-driven and purpose-filled, grounded in Kingdom Pop.
She creates Activation Music — future-forward, soul-rooted — bringing together rich organ and techno brass, atmospheric pads, orchestral textures and driving electronic rhythms. Her sound moves through contrast, tension and release, with ancient musical depth and futuristic energy meeting in unexpected ways.
Her songwriting often begins with a moment, event, emotion or musical idea. Rather than simply describing that starting point, LISHAH explores where it can lead. Through melody, rhythm, amped lyrics and atmosphere, each composition follows its own trajectory, allowing the story to unfold through the music and leaving listeners room to experience and interpret it for themselves
Her music is beginning to reach listeners across the globe, resonating with audiences organically and authentically.
Through GEMZONG™, LISHAH invites listeners into a musical haven where sound, story and Kingdom purpose converge. The music is the starting point: as each song unfolds, so does the world around it — a world to enter, explore and discover through listening.🧭
MEDIA
Alongside her artistry, she brings professional experience in music media and campaign strategy, having collaborated with creatives including multiplatinum, #1 K-pop songwriter Rodnae “Chikk” Bell on campaigns, editorial content, and multimedia projects.
This perspective informs her approach to music, ensuring story, purpose, and impact are at the core of every project.
